Do you wish to ignite your creativity and feel more alive? In this course you will learn about Tantra and Life force energy, tantric goddesses and how to work with their energies. We will also do easy creative practices with art, flowers, and awaken the sensual side of ourselves.

• We will meet 6 different Goddesses, and through embodied practices, meditation and creative practices will we connect with their powers and expand into healing, empowerment and creativity.

• The tantric goddesses work as gateways to different frequencies within us, and with the help of sensuality we explore how it feels to taste their energies. This can bring softness, remembrance of who you truly are, set passion in motion, and ignite the artist in you. It’s an invitation to leave perfection at the door, and focus on feeling alive.

• You will learn how to embrace your feeling life and invite gentle tantra, the sacred feminine, and how nature and the body are a reflection of the Divine. in tantra all is sacred both light and dark and we embrace both the “uplifting” emotions as well as the darker, like sadness, disappointment and anger.

• We will bring in art, music and creativity. I will share different art works and techniques to ignite the creative spark within. That sense of authentic spark is the aliveness that sets us in motion and the source of the Goddess, the creative pulse of universe. We will explore shakti in movement, dancing and kundalini yoga. 

• You will receive recipes for nourishing your body with sensual oils, scents and tastes and receive music playlists, as well as a workbook that you can come back too, to reconnect with the goddesses.
